Orville's was very accommodating and flexible with delivery, and removal of my old dryer. I kept my old washer, since it still works, and I can use it for really dirty things. As always I was very pleased with the service I received. I will continue shopping for my appliance needs at Orville's.

I purchased a LG Washer and Dryer from the Transit Rd. location. When they were delivered, the delivery men did not wear any booties and also left marks on our hard wood floors from the dolly. The men indicated that we should not use the washer for 6 hours since it needs to defrost because the item was left on a cold truck overnight. After the 6 hours was over, I started the washer and walked away. After ten minutes, my Husband checked on the washer and our laundry room was flooding with water. The water was also going down our vents into our basement. Our house is only three years old so we were highly concerned. We checked the basement and saw that we had a lot of water coming down the walls and the water set off the red light on our outlet. Our furnace was also dripping wtih water. We called the store at 8:45 pm and was told via the Manager that nothing could be done until the following morning. We received a call the next morning indicating that the service techs would be out between 12:30 and 5:00 pm. At around 3:00 pm, my Husband walked into the store and complained about the poor service. They did send the techs out at that point and the techs determined that the cleaning vent in the front was not tightened and let the water leak out. We are very disappointed with the entire situation...especially how this company handled an and quot;emergencyand quot;.

My experience with them was very good. They delivered the item next day to my house and connected it up and they did everything. I would use them again.

.We had two experiences with them. The first was so so. We had a washer that went bad they came out and fixed it but when the warranty ran up they transferred me to an insurance program that didn't help me out at all. Just recently we bough alot. Their prices are the best. Their customer service was so so. But its their prices that had us go to them.

They are excellent and their service is good. They also have the best prices around. I have bought most of my appliances from them. My entire family goes there to buy the appliances and we don't go to any other places that often. They delivered as well as installed the dishwasher for me and took away the old one. They are good when it comes to their punctuality, as they call you up in the morning and give you a time frame. They also reach within the time frame specified. I am happy with them and will continue to go there in the future as well.

I bought a couple of appliances from Orville's and have enjoyed shopping with them. I found their prices to be comparable to those in big box stores and their service is much better. Also, I had a problem with the dishwasher I bought from them and they provided great service to resolve the problem.

They are wonderful people deal with. They answer all of my question and I always go here for my appliances. I would recommend them to anyone. They scheduled an appointment to deliver and install it and they come when they say they will. I have been very satisfied.

The stove top was not installed evenly. It tilts to the rear. The installer also made a cut into the corian that is visible. The dishwasher leaked as it too was not properly installed.

As a business they are very good, the sales people are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The installation went fine, they were professional and prompt.

I have to tell you that when it comes to buying an appliance, this is the place to go. The sales people are just great. Even more importantly, delivery goes so smoothly. You get great help, perfectly good sales and you are treated like you are an important customer. I really like this place a lot and I feel quite good about giving others the okay to go and buy from them.

They were great, very friendly and have a large selection to choose from. Their prices were also good. They put our old appliances in the garage for us to sell. We have shopped there in the past and will go there when we need another appliance.
