Over a year ago we hired them to replace a broken garage door spring. At that time a young man came promptly after our call, installed a new spring efficiently, charging a bit over $200. He seemed very good and professional. Recently, since the door did not stay up when the it was opened, and also did not stay tight on the ground when closed, we requested atention adjustment of the spring they have installed, thinking that they would have some interest in following up their work. They promised to call before the visit. On the promised day they did not call us and did not show up, even though we stayed home all day anticipating their visit. We called again, and was again promised for a visit the following week. Again no call and no show on the scheduled day. They never called or made any effort to reach us. They have received our calls enough times to record our number, or could look up a phone book if they lost our number. In any case, we stopped calling and will now look for someone else to do the job even if we need to pay more, simply because this shop seems to have no desire to follow up their own work.
