Orkin setup traps for the mice in my house.  Mice were caught in traps (2 of them) and removed by Orkin workers. I've signed a contract now and each visit is $80 - the initial visit was $140. The contract is for every other month for Orkin to stop and check the traps in the crawl space and areas around my house to see if mice are setting up ways to get into my house - which caused my problems in the first place.  Next year I have the option to change the contract to be for June - Sept.  Very professional people.

Their price is very reasonable.  Since I have had them for a number of years, they have one person doing my house all the time.  He comes back every year and I like that.  He knows exactly if I have a problem and he will address it.  I also like that they give us a discount if we sign up before the season begins.  They usually come out once or twice a month beginning in April.  If I need them more and tell them I have a problem, they will come out.
