Description of Work: Andy came and sprayed in all the required rooms for bugs and the follow-up a few weeks later. The only issue we had was scheduling the second appt. The appointment did not make it on the tech's schedule and so had to be rescheduled. The cost was very expensive, but we have so far had positive results.

Description of Work: Service is generally very good, but the cost is relatively high. We are committed to Orkin as we paid between $300 and $400 for initial treatment for carpenter ants and now have one treatment per quarter which costs approximately $100. If we stop, and then have problems in the future, we will need to pay the high initial cost again.

 + -1 moreI like Orkin. I think they do a good job. The pricing climbs 15% a year, and I have to call them, and that kind of thing, so I was looking to see if there was any other alternative. They come around once a month, and they spray around the front where I have bees, around the doorway, and around the back and things like that. It seems to keep things at bay. I had a rental property, and I needed them for fleas, and they responded within 24 hours. The other thing I like about them, is that there is always somebody who answers the phone, and you tell them what the issue is, so they can dispatch one of the people, so you are not leaving any messages. The pricing is high, but I usually negotiate with them, because I have been with them for 4 years. When you look at the service, and the responsiveness, the price is not bad though. They are very professional.
Description of Work: We use Orkin for pest control. I have them come out and they manage the bees about 5 months a year.

Description of Work: Orkin came and checked something out because I thought it was carpenter ants but it wasn't; it was just little bugs.
