I like Orkin. I think they do a good job. The pricing climbs 15% a year, and I have to call them, and that kind of thing, so I was looking to see if there was any other alternative. They come around once a month, and they spray around the front where I have bees, around the doorway, and around the back and things like that. It seems to keep things at bay. I had a rental property, and I needed them for fleas, and they responded within 24 hours. The other thing I like about them, is that there is always somebody who answers the phone, and you tell them what the issue is, so they can dispatch one of the people, so you are not leaving any messages. The pricing is high, but I usually negotiate with them, because I have been with them for 4 years. When you look at the service, and the responsiveness, the price is not bad though. They are very professional.
