Simply put, I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, care, and service I received. A+ all the way.

Andrew came out and fixed it in about an hour. Removed all the home-rigged plumbing under the sink as well as the rusting strainer baskets connected to the drain and replaced. Can finally stop looking forward to water streaming into the basement every time the sink is run.

They arrived early and very friendly. They were also very fast, it took them no time at all to complete the job. Both of them were very nice and careful when bringing the new and old water tanks in and out of the house. They did not make any mess. I can't say enough about them. Everything went fine. Sewer has been fine since being snaked out. Also water service was quick and haven't had problems since than. Also concrete was reinstated right away. Nice guys, family company and compared to other people I've called very fair prices as well. Also these guy will work with you if ever in a hard situation financially. I'd highly recommend if you have any needs for their services.

I have had enough of working on my old outdated plumbing so I decided to call in a pro. After a few quotes Norton’s came in reasonable and timely. Nortons plumbing installed my laundry tub and drainage system in my basement. They provided vast knowledge on the products that not only I could choose from but also the Benefits from and cons from each one. I will definitely be calling again when another issue arises.

They were on time and very helpful/friendly. He did a good job and were very reasonably priced! Would definitely hire again.

This company was hired by my insurance provider (Dominion). They have been here for the better part of a week and are still not finished. They always had an excuse for not finishing the work. Slowest workers I have ever seen. I have water service but there is a mound of dirt remaining on my front lawn and I was told they would be by today or tomorrow to pick it up. Unlikely now with the snowstorm brewing though out Buffalo this week. Slow work, unprofessional, I would never hire them directly for any work.

They were prompt, professional and curteous. I am very pleasedwith every aspect of their work. Its refreshing to know there are still companies like Nortons that are curteous and professional to work with. I'll definately use them again.

We had question on smell of exhaust from hot water heating boiler. Prompt, response. Cleaned a little scale from pilot orifice and burning better. Later NYS energy audit turned up idea that heater was overdue for complete vacuuming.

They were very prompt in responding to my call. He explained what he was doing throughout. It turned out to be some fairly routine maintenance and he said that I could do it myself so he walked me through the steps. He was helpful and certainly saved me money down the road. I would absolutely use them again.

SUBSEQUENT TO THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION, I NOTICED A LEAK UNDER THE SINK. I CONTACTED ED AND HIS SON CAME TO CHECK IT OUT. THE SON WAS VERY NEGATIVE. HE CRITICIZED MY CHOICE OF FAUCET, WHICH WAS RECOMMENDED BY HIS DAD, THEN TIGHTENED THE CONNECTIONS WHICH STOPPED THE LEAK. IN FEBRUARY, WHILE I WAS ON VACATION IN FLORIDA, MY TENANT CALLED TO ADVISE THAT THE SINK IN HER APARTMENT WAS CLOGGED. MY SON-IN-LAW CONTACTED NORTON PLUMBING AND ADVISED THEM OF THE NEED FOR SERVICE. HE GAVE THEM MY TENENTS PHONE NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT HER FOR AN APPOINTMENT. 2 DAYS LATER MY TENANT CALLED AGAIN TO ADVISE ME THAT NO ONE HAD CONTACTED HER YET. SEVERAL MORE CONTACTS WERE MADE WITH THIS PLUMBER REQUESTING THEY CONACT THE TENANT TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. MY SON-IN-LAW SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH THE SON SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE TENANT. AS A RESULT, MY SON-IN-LAW CONTACT A PLUMBER FRIEND WHO SNAKED THE SINK AS RESOLVED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE.

I spent $100 on that work. The job went fine and it was quick and easy. They showed up on time and were out within 15 minutes.
