Northtown Lexus

When you go in there, they have a chef who’ll make you an omelet if you’re there in time for breakfast. He’ll put anything you want in it. They have bagels, yogurt, etc Really good communication with them. They’re always calling you. This visit took about an hour and a half. Waiting area is nice, really nice. Lounge chairs, and big color tv, and soft music, and whatever you want. Bring a good book.

I am leasing it. I would not say its an inexpensive car, but it was my choice. The sales was very good, fine.

They are a little pricey I think. The work they did was very professional. Everybody was very polite and pleasant.

Last week we took our 2005 Lexus 330SX, which has over 100,000 miles, for an inspection and detailing and some long overdue maintenance. My husband dropped off the car and after discussing the service extensively with the service advisor, Mike Ranallo, and eating a complimentary breakfast sandwich, which was made to-order, was sent home in the shuttle. There was some miscommunication regarding the shuttle, resulting in more than an hour wait,  but Mike more than made up for it by having  a very nice loaner car delivered to us after it was determined that the service would be longer  than we expected.

Since this is a Lexus dealer, we were prepared for the cost to be much higher than our local mechanic, but were still somewhat shocked with the estimate. Costly repairs were required to pass the NYS inspection and the timing belt   (including water pump) was overdue for replacement.

Mike was both  friendly and professional as he  worked with us to reduce the expenditure, while still providing all of the services we needed or wanted.  I did not want to give up the detail which is far better than Delta Sonics for a similar price.

We did not buy the car from Northtown Lexus but we still l received the same consideration and are counting on another 100,000 miles with only minor maintenance expenses.

Nothing happened. I spent $75 to tow my vehicle to the workshop only for the company to decline to work on the car on the ground of health issue. I spent another $75 towing the vehicle to another location.

With the cost of the service, and the length of time Volvo had the car, I probably would have been better off taking it to a private auto shop. The car ran great after I got it back, but they had the car for one week, and they left the side panel of my center console off of the car and on the floor of the front passenger side. It was not difficult to put it back in place, but it was sloppy.

They have been excellent. Their service hours are very flexible and they give you a loaner whenever you take your car in. They're just very professional and the things that I've had done there have been very good. Their prices are on the high side, but I assume it's reasonable for a Lexus. We would definitely recommend them as a place to buy a car as well as for follow-up servicing.

The overall experience was excellent. The quality of service was excellent. They did everything I asked, on time. I would use this provider again.

Northtown Lexus, does good service and we are happy with them.

We have a Lexus and it has very low mileage and we took it to them initially because we were new to the area. Their staff is very much what you would you would expect in a snouty up scale place - very obsequious. They lost our registration when doing the annual inspection - I have never had that happen before. I will never use them again. They then called and asked if I want sell the Lexus, because it's a 2002 with low mileage. They were annoying. They had me wait quite a while one time, but the other time they took me in right away. And they are not cheap.

They are wonderful and the service is great. You are always a number one customer there and they show you so much respect. They are honest and answer all of your questions. They make sure not to hassle you and give you the best deal that they can for exactly what you want.
