Very bad the card was to state "From the family of the late Jesse Sr. and Helen Stokes" instead they wrote "From the late Jesse Sr. and Helen Stokes" the ribbon was to be blue and state "Uncle Robert" instead the ribbon was gold and stated "Dearest Uncle" so in essence the flowers were not from the family nor to my Uncle Robert coupled with the fact that many flowers were withered.
When the owners was notified all we got was any apology, lies and an offer to send another arrangement or refund $50 wherein I informed her that they did not send what I paid for destroying the overall affect and causing the entire family more grief also flowers were for the funeral which is gone and can never come back so I want a FULL refund because I did not get what I paid for the owner Julie refused.
