Very unprofessional business!  She was scheduled to complete two murals for my daughters room and even went as far and sending a reminder email the week when the work was to begin and when she would show up.  Unfortunately, she was a ?NO SHOW? with no communication on the days work was to begin.  She did not return my inquiring calls of what happened or where she was (I was really concerned at first). She just blew us off! I even took two days off work expecting for her to show up at my residence to begin the work; but all she did was disappoint my children who were really excited to see the designs on their walls and further delay the work that I was looking forward to.  I will be contacting the local authorities and Better Business Bureau (from a safety perspective) to make sure that this was not a scam for someone to gain entry to my home to conduct malice sometime in the future now that they have the layout.  A real shame since I saw Gillian?s work online and was really impressed.  I guess I should have asked for references L
