She was scheduled to complete two murals for my daughters room and even went as far and sending a reminder email the week when the work was to begin and when she would show up. Unfortunately, she was a ?NO SHOW? with no communication on the days work was to begin. She did not return my inquiring calls of what happened or where she was (I was really concerned at first). She just blew us off! I even took two days off work expecting for her to show up at my residence to begin the work; but all she did was disappoint my children who were really excited to see the designs on their walls and further delay the work that I was looking forward to. I will be contacting the local authorities and Better Business Bureau (from a safety perspective) to make sure that this was not a scam for someone to gain entry to my home to conduct malice sometime in the future now that they have the layout. A real shame since I saw Gillian?s work online and was really impressed. I guess I should have asked for references L
Description of Work: She was to paint two mural on each of my daughters walls. We set up a dates (3) for work to start. The week work was to commence she sent me a verification email as to the date and time she would start. I asked her a couple of questions so that I could write a deposit check for her. I couldn't mail it because I didn't have a physical address for her (I even asked her if she had pay pal so I could give her a deposit). The day work was to begin I took off of work so I could work out the preliminaries with her (drawing placement on the wall etc.) and she never showed up, never called. I sent her texts,emails, and facebook messages (which I know she received since it shows when she looked at it but she never responeded. I am so mad because my girls were so disapointed and now my search begins again for a decent muralist.
