 + -1 moreIt was a horrible experience. I had a previously booked an appointment at 2:00 PM. Dropped off the car and was told I would receive a call when it had been diagnosed. At 4:20 (over three hours later) I had still not heard back from the shop. Called them and was told by that the car was just being pulled into the garage. Waited another hour and at 5:20 received a call back. Was told they were unable to quote me a price as all their parts dealers were closed for the evening. I told them forget it and I would come get the car. When I arrived at the shop, I received absolutely no apologies or explanations. My keys were just handed to me as the employee smugly stated: "Here you go bud". Needless to say I will not be returning to this or any Munro locations in the future.
Description of Work: Inspected vehicle for exhaust system issue.
