M.L.A. Professional Home Inspection

He was wonderful. I had to call him back to fix the leak in the roof. Even the door locks didn’t work at first when he left and I had to call him back but he took care of it right away. He did take care of things that were wrong. He was great. I was so happy. I think the price was a little high.

I had a few issues and they came right back and took care of them. The work was fine but they had to come back a couple of times for minor issues.

Marty and his son showed up exactly at the time scheduled.  In less than 4 hours they were done and completely cleaned up after themselves.  And the door looks like it has always been there.  Additionally, Marty willingly helped me with a couple of other very minor carpentry tasks in the garage while he was there, even though I had only asked how it should be done so I could do it myself.
Marty's approach to the aluminum siding was to completely remove all the siding from the back side of the garage, then cut his hole and install the door, then reinstall the siding, cutting as needed to fit around the door.  It looks perfect.  Though I knew nothing of siding in the beginning, in retrospect, I am sure this is the right way to handle it rather than cutting through the aluminum siding as the other contractors would have done.  And he had the whole thing done in under 4 hours!

I was extremely happy with the quality and efficiency of the work and have already contacted Marty to estimate a different project.
