He came in a hurry when my tenant’s furnace motor started screaming.  Of course it was the coldest day of the year and our tenant had no heat.  The blower motor belt drive quit. He came that day and replaced the blower motor belt drive and he did a very good job; he was done in about an hour.  There was another problem the next day with the switch. He came back and he didn’t charge me for it.  He said part of the furnace needed to be rebuilt and we’re going to do that when the hot weather comes. I had used him before and I was very pleased with him.  I found other heating and cooling places want to sell me a furnace and they aren’t interested in replacing parts or fixing anything and they don’t know anything about a furnace that is 30 years old.  We couldn’t afford a new furnace and it was clear we didn’t have to have a new furnace.  The blower motor quit on our furnace two years ago and he replaced it; price had not gone up in two years. He is very experienced, efficient, and professional and I think he’s great.

Minottis responded immediately. They did everything they could to make sure that we had heat, until the new furnace was installed. They went above and beyond what was expected. I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
