MERCHANT OVERSTOCK

On the internet, Merchant Overstock ornaments also appear as being from another company. I was extremely disappointed considering that I had spent half a day comparing items and prices with other websites. While Merchant Overstock did not have every item I needed, their prices were much lower than other vendors and the shipping charges were the same. I also was using several gift certificates from the internet which is why I used that website. The ornaments arrived in a large "homemade" box, meaning two boxes had been cut and taped together. Not a good sign. Although there was lots of bubble wrap, the individual boxes were made of flimsy clear acrylic. Many of the ornaments were scratched or dinged. And this couldn't have happened in the package, it means they were mishandled or possibly returned. If the condition speaks for the quality of Merchant Overstock items I would avoid using them.
