The work was excellent. When I suggested to him that I would do the painting, they wanted to make sure they did the work from start to finish and in the end they painted as well.

They were punctual and showed excellent skill in completing the job. The original estimate
was thrown off because the floor problems could not have been determined beforehand.

Since they work by the hour the price was higher than the original quote.

From the start to the finish McGreevy Construction was professional, personable and fair.  Appointments made were kept, estimates on time and job done efficiently and excellently and in a timely manner.
The gentlemen came in, worked all day, cleaned up and left. I appreciated all that they did since it was obvious to me that they cared about their work and its outcome. I appreciated their politeness because i was home all day and did not feel 'put out' at all.
They would confer with me during the project and at the end of each day to discuss what was going on that was right and those concerns that may need some altering of original plans.  Their ideas were welcome and were always the correct solutions to any problems encountered.
These young men are smart, talented, professional and fair.  I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone else.  A pleasure to work with.
