Our entire experience with Mann Construction was awesome. We were hesitant because it was a little pricey, but with them - you get what you pay for. These guys were meticulous, they took their time, and the cleanup they did was better then what it was before they showed up. I had a nasty roof repair as well that they gave me a fair price and did excellent work. We couldn't be happier with the job they did, our house looks amazing. What really prompted me to write this review is their crew leader Kevin. This guy was not only friendly but a total professional. My neighbor down the street is now getting her house painted by them, and today Kevin flagged me down when he saw me, to tell me that he noticed this spot (so tiny I would have never noticed) and that he was going to be getting his ladder and fixing it for me. I have to say - I was speechless. Whenever I need anything else done - I'm calling the Mann!

beautifully...both roof and gutters look great work was done on time and very neatly pricing was fair and remained the same as the estimate pleasure to deal with Kyle and the whole team

Good quality work, & cleanup

Joe gave me a reasonable roofing quote, was responsive and easy to work with. He and his crew took time to protect windows, siding and landscaping before beginning tear down, and did a beautiful job installing my flat roof. Were meticulous about clean up too. Would definitely hire again!

Great! Joe was able to fit me into his schedule earlier than anticipated. His crew came out and did the whole job in under a day. His total price was much better than any other quotes. The only thing that was less than ideal was there was some debris (shingle pieces, nails, and plastic wrapping) that I was finding for a few days afterwards, but maybe that's normal with a roof replacement?

The entire process went swimmingly. From the estimate to the work. Joe (the owner) is personable, honest and totally up front with you. There were no pushy salesman tactics, just questions and concerns of what YOU want and need done to your roof. He was knowledgeable of all the building codes and insurance lingo and terms that we were oblivious to. Which educated me a great deal. My wife and I are absolutely overly impressed with Joe and his team. Besides the obvious hammering other construction noises you would’ve never knew they were there. No vegetation or landscaping was harmed. Our driveway and front yard were actually cleaner when they got done. They went as far as removing a few items of big trash that I had on the side of the house (old grill, old dishwasher and big boxes) because if left it would take away from how clean they wanted it to look upon completion. 2 Thumbs up 5 Stars. I would highly recommend Joe and his team at MANN Construction. Call the MANN.

They were recommended to me by another contractor. Their estimate was much less than other roofers. They completed the work in one day, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was satisfactory.

I contacted a few roofing companies and Joe Mann responded to me quickly. Communication for me is key. He made sure I understood what I needed done. I wanted siding as well and he explained very clearly what's included and what's not included. Excellent communication, giving an update along the way.
