Lincoln Park Nursery

We are pleased with the completed project. The work was done expeditiously and with a lot of interaction with us to make sure we would be satisfied with the results. The fountain has a new look, and it is working fine.

The work was done very professionally and satisfactorily. We have used Lincoln Park in the past to install a large patio and to plant numerous trees and bushes in our yard. We have always been pleased with the results.

Everything went great from scheduling an estimate to having the work done. Very professional and punctual. Mark Downing came down to my home and looked at the work that needed to be done, he then sent me an email with a printed estimate. I called their office and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. An associate from Lincoln Park Nursery came out on the scheduled day and time and did a beautiful job of pruning and trimming my tree and shrubs. Very happy with their work.

Almost all work was done quickly and well. There was a bit of a pause, then then returned to finish some items and perform one additional item.

They were quick and gave us a reasonable price promptly. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. They were responsive and did what they said they would do.

Excellent and fast

Tom guided me through tree/plant possibilities. I wanted faster growing, ornamental items. He was patient and enthusiastic about the project, showing me specimen photos, talking about growth habits, and providing a planting map. He didn't try to over-sell, and offered a fair price. He walked me through the nursery so I could select and tag my trees/plants. My preferred planting date was confirmed within 4 days. On installation day, the two man crew was right on time and did a great job. The job was completed within 3 hrs, they knew what they were doing, and answered my questions. All in all, I was very pleased.

I had a berm over grown with weeds and full of debris from some shrubs that were removed last year. The crew came in and cleaned up the whole area, leveling it off a bit and all weeds, rocks, roots were removed by the crew. There was a retaining wall in a corner of the area which they rebuilt and now makes the whole area look more inviting. They also cleaned up a side garden bed for me, edged and replanted some hostas. In the front, they rebuilt a portion of a retaining wall surrounding a garden bed. Again the crew came in, leveled off part of the area, rebuilt the wall and cleaned up all the debris. They also trimmed a Catalpa tree in the front so that it was shaped like an umbrella.
Everyone at the nursery and the crew that came out were very polite, professional and accommodating. They explained what they were doing and accomplished what I had expected. The work was completed in the amount of time stated.
I am very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Lincoln Park Nursery and would use them again.
Also, the original plan was much more detailed and more expensive. When I explained that I needed to adjust it due to somechanges, they were very accommodating, came out again, changed up the plan and proceeded with the landscaping as I requested.

They were 3 weeks late, and it was not installed properly. They did not use all of the parts they were suppose to to keep the water clear and it has turned green. I have already looked into hiring another company. Lincoln Park will not come out a repair the pond unless I pay my balance and I am not going to pay them until it's fixed. The added costs at the end that I was not expecting. They were suppose to do more landscaping and that was beautiful but I wanted to pond to look proper. It was also dug improperly and the rocks are now sliding into the pond.

Took care of triming bushes and shrubs, putting Preen down as a weed preventer and totally cleaned up after themselves and took any and all trash with them.

Stopped in the Nursery on Friday and we were greeted by Tom. I inquired about purchasing firewood. Tom took the time to show us the options we had available, confirmed the delivery cost and wrote the order. We discussed the delivery day which would be Saturday and he said that he would call prior to delivering. Before leaving I had asked about landscaping and paving as this is something I am interested in for next year. He took the time to show us options and pictures of previous jobs that had been completed. From the pictures, the quality of the work looks to be excellent. He explained their process of doing a site visit and providing renderings with a quote. On Saturday, we received a call at approximately 10:30am that Tom would be on his way with the wood delivery. He arrived at our home within 15 minutes, saw where we planned to store the wood and was able to back in close to the rack. Tom shook our hands and wish us happy holidays and was on his way. This was drop and go delivery, we were responsible for stacking. Because he dropped it so close it was an easy process. Took us about 15 minutes to stack the full cord.

We visited Lincoln Park Nursery to pick out trees to replace some old pine trees we removed along a driveway. The nursery staff offered suggestions for species that might provide shade more quickly. Once we picked out our trees, they called about 2 weeks later to schedule a date to deliver and plant. The day before planting, an employee stopped by to make sure that access was not a problem and that the markers were in place. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to, and were exceedingly pleasant! They cleaned everything up before leaving me with instructions on watering. We will absolutely have them back in the spring to do some landscaping in our yard. Very positive experience and far less expensive than bigger nursery we checked out.

The work was a little late getting started due to spring weather conditions causing a work backlog. However, Lincoln Park kept us informed of planned timing. The work itself was done very professionally. The crew was very flexible in meeting our needs, and we are very pleased with the result. The plants installed by Lincoln Park have always been of good quality.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. They are knowledgable, reliable, patient, and don't try to sell you. In planning the job, they listened, asked questions, and made suggestions when asked. Then they visited our house to see the site and measure areas. All went as planned. Work was done professionally. We've had many unsolicited compliments on the work.

We spent something in the $1200 range on that work. They were fine and are nice people. They were a good group.

They sell boulders at reasonable prices. We have had some problems with their responsiveness. They are knowledgeable about plant and yard issues and helpful with advice.

Lincoln Park Nursery did an excellent job that far exceeded our expectations. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly patient. I have a tendency to change my mind often and they implemented all of our changes without any hassles or complaints. Despite all the rain this summer, the project was completed in a timely manner. The crew left the yard clean each night and kept us updated on the progress daily.

I was very pleased with them, particularly because last year the person who came charged me a fortune and I could never get ahold of him. When Lincoln Park came out they evaluated everything and drew up the plans. Their price was very reasonable and fair. Everybody who sees my front yard tells me how nice it looks. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Lincoln Park nursery was very professional. They redesigned my pond and rebuilt it. They also planted aquatic, and land plants. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves every day.
