The oil change was only $39, but one of the little logo lights had appeared and that needed to be fixed and that was $600. When you have something done that has to do with the computer the prices go up tremendously. They're really good. My car is now eight years old, I've only got 30,000 miles on it. It sounds like the little old lady who only uses it on Sundays. At 30,000 miles, all it really requires is an oil change every 7000 miles. It's so weird. I had a Honda Civic before this one as well and I had 180,000 miles on it and then I retired and I thought, "Well, I better get a new one." They are dependable, they're friendly. When you make an appointment, they're ready for you. They will drive you home, if that is what you would like or you can wait for the car in very pleasant surroundings. They're incredibly polite and professional.

Spoke with Rep over phone, received at least 2 emails to confirm appointment. The email stated that I would receive VIP treatment and if i planned on being late or had to cancel, please give them a courtesy call. Well...when I arrived, I was told the internet dept was on lunch and I would be passed over to sales anyway. The had a list of cars for me to choose from, even though I signed up online and saved my choices. The car that was brought out was ok, but basic with visible repairs needed. I was looking for a used vehicle and wanting to trade. They offered me a low amount and stated they would need to put tires on mine. Ok..I can take a hint. Even though my trade wasn't what they normally sell, they could of just told me and I would of gone else where. Total waste of gas and din't feel like I got VIP treatment.

After calling, they told me they could take my car in today and give a look over.
They offered their courtesy shuttle to give me a ride wherever I needed to, and that they would pick me up when the service was finished.
Their waiting room is NICE. They have coffee, snacks, a child play area, TV, etc. The whole nine yards.
After they brought it in and took a look at it, they let me come into the garage where it was on the lift, and I talked with the Mechanics for a bit about it. Not only did they inspect the axle I asked them to, but they also did a multi-point inspection on the car and told me exactly what they see as necessary for future and short term repairs.
Not only were they extremely professional, but they made sure I knew exactly what repairs were being done and what parts/where the parts were coming from.
Prices are a bit high, but it is a certified Honda dealership, and along with repairs comes great customer service, courtesy shuttle pickups, awesome waiting area, knowledgeable trained mechanics, and more.
Would use them again in a heartbeat, in fact, about to have my brakes done there very soon!

They are very nice. They have got a terrific waiting area which is better than my house. They have a television and everything. Their prices are reasonable and they do a fine job.

I have a Honda Odyssey, and so if there is something specific to the vehicle, I will have them do it. I am sometimes able to get loaner vehicles. They will work with me. They also have a shuttle that can get me to and back from work if I should leave my car, and being able to drop my car to get it serviced and come back is a big plus for me. The service is usually decent but the prices are somewhat high, but I get some coupons if it is something specific to the vehicle and I will use them.

I had five payments left on a previous lease from another dealership. Since I had two lease payments, I was looking for a lower payment. I do not like the typical razzle dazzle at many dealerships. This dealership was very respectful and asked me what I could expect to pay and what type of down payment I could make. They paid off my lease and I was able to get into a new lease for a hundred dollars less than my previous lease, basically the same car but new--- I think the most outstanding thing was how the salesman dealt with me---he didn't keep running back and forth from his boss to me and twisting numbers around. When my next car lease is up next year, I am going back to Lia. They are customer centered and work within the customer's finances.

I get the same mechanic all the time. He seems to be really interested and helpful regarding issues with my car. They take good care of my car and they give us good advice. They have been reliable and helpful. Also have done some things like light bulb replacement for free (thought i did buy the part there).

About a year ago, they were wonderful, but now I'm starting to have trouble with them. About six months ago, they told me that I needed to buy me a fuel injection cleaner which was $169, so I bought it. Then they tried to sell me a power steering service which involved flushing the power steering and replacing the fluid, all for $89 which I didn't think was necessary. They've become very aggressive in their sales and in the service department. It seems that every time I take my car in, they keep trying to sell me new things for my car. Now I'm not pleased with their service department anymore, even though they used to be very good.

When I bought the car, I felt that the deal was good. I traded in another car and I got a good price on the new one. The salesmen were very nice. My car came with extras when I got it and because of a special promotion, they didn't charge me any extra for them.

These guys are really good and I've recommended them to my friends. They are honest and very professional. You can trust them to give you good service without trying to hard sell their products. It's great that their mechanics specialize in Hondas.
