First product purchased was a water/hose pressurized debris suction device. The web netting was attached to the top of the plastic with a simple drawstring that could not be pulled tight. The product lasted one dip into the pool. The webbing detached and sunk to the bottom of the pool. I returned the unit immediately. It had Leslie's name on the packaging, 
    I was told by one employee to buy over $100 of shock treatment for the old pool. The effect was minimal. Another employee mentioned that the chlorine treatment would not last without chlorine stabilizer. 
    We went to the store almost 1-2-3 times daily. We were exceptionally enthusiastic because we were trying to reclaim an old pool. We joked with the employees because it seemed we were their only customers because it was only late March and early April in Buffalo! 
     We needed many parts to try andf hool up an old pump, filter, and the appropriate plastic hoses. We needed hose attachments, a filter plug, silicone, etc.  Finally, when we were very close to getting the pump, filter, and vacuum attachment working, we were one hose attachment short - about a $2 part. We reached the store just after they closed the doors for tyhe day. They knew us, but stayed 20 feet away and just shook their heads. "We just need a $2 part!" They refused to serve us. We offered to pay cash, even more that the $2 and change, but they refused. We were their best and most entusiastic customers for days.
     Finally, the $8 plug that we purchased cost 86 cents at the hardware store down the street.
