 + -1 moreEverything up until the install was great. The installation (moulding install, floor was ok) is the only part of the whole sale I was not happy with. The pictures I attached were a few of the problem areas that needed to be fixed after the install

Description of Work: The salesman was good & professional, the price was good, but the installers were unimpressive, left a mess & some of the backing threads left hanging out at the edges. Unsure if I would use them again

Description of Work: I ordered carpet and flooring through Kenny Carpet and the carpet was perfect with the installers doing a great job. I ordered a kitchen floor (vinyl tiles) and the quality was poor as evidenced by the vinyl peeling away from the backing. There was also a "cut mark" throughout several tiles. I was told by Kenny Carpet that this was the "look" of the tile and that if I checked each box it would be the same. I had my contractor install the tiles however Kenny Carpet never responded to my emails with concerns about the vinyl separating from the backing. I had extra tiles so I peeled vinyl off the extra tile to glue it to the tile on my kitchen floor. This occurred in two or three spots. I will get carpet from Kenny (maybe) but will never get another kitchen /bathroom floor from them. That is why I graded them a "c".

carpet installation
 + -1 moreKenny Carpets was very punctual and did a great job of installing the carpeting. They did it quickly, in just a couple of hours, and did it neatly. The quality of the carpet was excellent. We have used Kenny before and have always been satisfied.
Description of Work: We purchased carpeting for our living room and dining room from Kenny Carpets. They tore out the old carpeting and installed the new.
