Very well but they seem to have a back log

There were some issues after the initial installation that needed to be corrected. Kenny carpets agreed to send the installer back out to fix the issues. However, the carpet installer failed to show up for our appointment at least five times. Went into the store to complain at least three times before the issue was resolved. The worst customer service experience of my life. Would not get carpet from Kenny carpet again even if it was free.

From our salesman Gary to the two installers we have never had more professional and knowledgable people. Installers were hard workers... nothing can replace experience.

Stopped at Kenny on a whim as I was driving by. Had already been to 3 other places. Salesman Ryan was very helpful and ended up giving me the best price of all the places I had been to. He came out to my house two hours later to measure! I had to wait a couple of weeks for the carpet to come in but it was worth the wait. Ryan kept me up to date the entire time. Installers showed up on time and were done in less than two hours. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job considering the layout and number of tricky corners and cuts. Strongly recommend!

The price was very reasonable for a 10'x12' rug. We picked it up ourselves but they did help us load it onto our car. The finished rug looks great.

We had a good experience with them. I saw what I wanted at another store and decided to shop around for price and Kenny Carpet was about $200.00 less. So we went with them because of the savings. The installer came at about 8:30-8:45am. and was done ripping out the old carpet and installed the new by 1:00pm. He called to tell us he would be here within a half hour so it was short notice on the installers part. We did have an arrangment with Kenny Carpets to have it done on Aug. 19.
