I was very satisfied with the visit and the cost.  They used a qualified synthetic oil my model requires.  The car passed the inspection with out a costly repair bill.  The dealer has been telling me they were going to have to replace the catalytic converter and they priced the part at over $2,000 to comply to California certified requirements.  The car passed the scan and did not require a new cat at Ken-Ton.  When the time comes it will not pass I will be able to get an after market part for less.  
I looked up my service records at the dealership for comparisons and the bill at Ken-Ton on average was $20 less than it would have been at the Dealer.  I am very happy with their professionalism, my drop off and pick up experience.  I prefer to drop off after hours and leave a list of needs  in the over night drop box.  The location is easy off the 190 at the Sheridan exit and side road to Military.
I definitely will be back for the next service and will follow the guidelines listed in the owners manual.  
I would make one recommendation.  I did not find service envelops in the over night drop box.  I would prefer to fill out an envelop and put my key into it before dropping it in the box.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Ken-Ton Import. The techinician was very helpful and thoroughly explained his diagnoses. I felt that he was honest and took repsonsibility for ensuring that each of my problems had been resolved. I will be going back to Ken-Ton Imports for all of my car service needs.

They were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was very honest and right to the point. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They provided a very reasonable price. They offered exceptional service and the work was completed very well. It was definitely one of the best repair shops I have been to.

I drive a VW Jetta diesel and am picky about service being top notch. After moving to the northern suburbs of Buffalo, was not sure where to take the Jetta after a poor service attempt by a VW dealer on the east side of Buffalo. Joined Angie's List and found Ken-Ton Imports; it may be politically incorrect, but I feel better about taking a German car to a person that has a German accent-gives me that homey feeling and makes my car smile (lol).
Called and they quoted a multi-tiered estimate based on what could be needed and assured me that only high quality parts would be used. They quoted a front brake job including rotors and pads at $360 and if the car need only pads $200. They came in under the low estimate, using ceramic pads-no more squeaking or filthy wheels from brake dust.
They did the service on time and under the estimate; I have been driving the car for almost a week and am very pleased with the work and will be returning for future service. If you drive a German car, this is an outstanding option for service.

It's always worth taking our cars to Ken-Ton!

They are absolutely superb. They are absolutely first rate. We have had major work done by them. They are not cheap, but are fair and don’t cheat you. They are very fussy about their work and are perfectionists. They don’t do work that is unnecessary. They work on high end cars, so I figure that if those people trust them, then it is good enough for me.

I phoned for an appointment and described the condition we were experiencing. The oil light would go on and off. They asked me several questions and diagnosed the problem and then gave me a quote on the repair price and how long it would take. When I arrived that afternoon, they gave me a complete report on how the repair went, and the actual price of the repair which came in below the price quoted. They were very helpful, honest, and surprised to be on Angie's list, but smiled when they heard what it is and that I had used it to find them.

They specialize in foreign cars, and they do repairs and maintenance. They are really absolutely excellent.

There has never been major problems with my car. I just go to them. I don't go to the dealer. They can handle warranty work. He is not cheap but I do not think they are charging prices that are out of line. The use the parts that are made for my type of car.

Every time has been excellent, on time, prices better than the dealer and high expertise on a car that is not that common. I do not go anywhere else for service on these cars.
