I had a pond installed in 2005 by the same company. This is why I trusted Alan to perform the work as he had last year. I soon learned that trust should only go so far. It was one lie after another and one cover up after another. My Memorial Day Picnic was ruined and had to be cancelled, because the work was not completed as promised. And there were several promise dates. The only complaint I had was a leaking pond. The issue was never resolved by K & A Pond, because after the Outdoor Kitchen experience the owner refused to come on my property.Outdoor bar was not square or at the height requested. I was forced to find a reputable pond company(Second to None)to resolve my leaking pond issue. I had to spend another $1000.00.The reputable pond company found the leak along with several mistakes made by K&A Pond(cut power cords, no Bio Box, unnecessary ultra-violet light to kill algae, etc.)I would say "Buyer Beware" and check with previous customers before signing a loose contract.
