I used Carino Plumbing because my own plumber was unable to fix my toilet, and reccomended this company to me. The plumber was not only late to the appointment, but after 2-3 hours of waiting, he needed to reschedule. I had some understanding since he was working on a big job for a corporation and I only had a toilet issue. The date arrived for our rescheduled appoitment, and he again was hours late.  When he came in, he fixed the toilet easily  and then noticed that there may be an additional problem with it. He was at my house a total of 20 minutes. After he left, I found, in fact, there was an additional problem that hadn't been there before he arrived.
I called the worker several times to come back to fix the problem, but his voicemail wasn't recieving messages. Finally I was able to get in touch with him. He came back and fixed the issue within 20 minutes again.
When I got the bill, I was infuriated with the charges. They charged me the full hourly charge $90/hr twice, even though the problem could have been remidied on the first visit. 
I was charged $200 for simple toilet issues that were taken care of in less than an hour. I have been trying to reach Mr. Carino to discuss the bill, and I haven't gotten a call back in a week.

The crew from Joseph Carino were professional as always. Arrived on time and did excellent work. Cleaned up after themselves as best as u can when dealing with concrete, drywall and stone. Happy with results as always. More expensive than most companies, but do great work. will continue to do business with them in the future.

Woke up in the morning and realize my hot water tank was leaking. Called Carino plumbing to scheduled an appointment and was told it could be done in a few hours. Arrived around 10am and was done by 12pm.

I explained the problem in detail (we recently bought the house and while my husband was showering I heard the sound of water hitting plastic as the tub drained onto the 6 mil plastic in the crawl space) upon investgating I found that the tub drain had been disconnected which I explained to the owner on the phone. I even explained what materials were present.) The plumber, however, did not come with all the appropriate materials and had to go back out to get more on the clock. The plumber himself, however, was very competent and the work was done well.

Great job,very professional work

Removed old sink, installed new one, removed old kitchen faucet, installed new. Kitchen faucet ran slowly, checked and removed bits of debris. Totally cleaned up and removed boxes, old fixtures, etc.

Prices are competitive. He is knowledgeable, professional. I would hire him again.
