Some confusion for first app't on 8/21, but called on Monday, 8/24 and set a time for his partner Jim to come over to install new kitchen faucet I purchased. Jim called me and showed up at agreed upon time on 8/24. Put booties over shoes every time he came into my home and worked quickly and neatly. Done in a little over an hour. Installed 4 pc faucet (soap dispenser, spray hose, etc) without any issues. They look & work great. Jim was very professional and neat.

Spoke to Tim on the phone asking if he had ability to televise his work, he did not, and thought he was capable without it. He noted that guys with camera would charge $200. His rate was $165 for the first hour and as you can see it took him longer than that one hour. When he arrived a friend of mine was there and I told Tim not to talk to him (my friend is a chatter box) but he did anyway. He did get the plunger out, but was unable to get through another obstruction down the line. The town used their camera and found large root mass at end of pipe.
My advise to people is find someone that has a set price to do the work, I paid $234 and still have a blocked sewer!

The cleaning solved the drainage problem. I especially appreciated that Mr Jones was able to do the work on Sunday, one day after I discovered the problem. Prompt, professional and good quality work. He was recommended to me by my parents, who had their system cleaned out a few years back and have had no problems since then.

"I'm sorry you feel thatway, however since I worked for you 2 previous times and for your mother my services must have met or exceeded your expectations. This was not a simple faucet install. I did come to your house after hours to accomodate your schedule. I had to rebuild the sink. I had to mount the sink to the counter top, new drain and install the faucet. I was there for an hour and a half, $129 in labor, $13.32 in tax and $23.19 in material, totaling $165.51. It has been 16 months since the date of completion to your complaint. It is possible that you have forgotten how involved the job was. I'm sorry I can't help you out in the future."
