Very pleasant on the phone, but I was looking for a different type of system.

Accomplished the work on schedule; were professional, punctual and listened to/answered all my concerns and questions. asked me prior to installation a grids, for example, where my preference would be... and tried to work with me--it appears that they and quot;aimed to pleaseand quot; ! For such a big job (attic and basement involved) they were very organized and seemed to work as a team.

Over all the entire project went as scheduled with no issuses. I'm very satisfied with the company, their employees, the products and service provided. I would recomend this company to anyone, and I would certainly use them again myself.

The installation went very well. The crew was prompt, polite, and efficient despite the fact that the installation occurred during three sweltering days. The crew also cleaned up very well. This upcoming summer will be my second with the A/C, so we'll see how happy I am with the installation this time around. So far, so good, though!

great!! they showed up promplty as advised and finished as i was told. was really pleased with the professionalism and the knowledge of the people working.workers were courteous and answered all my concerns. cleaned up all debri and removed old furnace and a/c components. would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. will have the coming out in may to check on both components for maintenance.

My furnace stopped operating and when I took the front cover off it would start but then stop running again.
I called and described the problem and a serviceman came at the appropriate time. He checked the furnace and listened to my description of the problem. He checked the furnace and thermostat and cleaned the furnace and ran it to be sure it was working. All seemed fine. He also remounted my loose digital thermostat. . When he was finished I asked him what the problem had been and he said it just needed a cleaning. After he left the furnace kept starting and stopping like it had done before. I called the company and was told it sounded like I needed a new part (I don't remember which part it was) but that it was not in stock and they would bring it the next morning. The same serviceman arrived as promised and when I explained what was happening he took the front panel off the furnace again and I pointed out that only two of the and quot;jetsand quot; were firing up. He said I did not need the part they had ordered. He checked further and cleaned the rest of the and quot;jetsand quot;. There were no further charges. The serviceman was polite and worked quickly and appeared knowledgeable.
I would have given them an and quot;Aand quot; if it had all been accomplished in one service call.

Fantastic- on time- accurate.

Paul was very knowledgeable and courteous. answered all my questions and asked for permission on some things. john was also professional and courteous. i felt very comfortable with these 2 professionals in my home. was not worried or nervous. went about my own day as usual till they were finished. removed all debris and cleaned as much as possible. was quite pleased with the outcome. would definitely have them back for service or other products or replacements.

I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon and got the job done quickly.

The worker from Lock John AC did a good job. We had to wait a few days in the heat and humidity to get it installed, but other than that I have no complaints. We have used them before, and they are a good company to do business with.
