Horribly. Provider was always at least an hour to almost two hours late without a phone call, the first time the floor was installed in november 2009 there was flaws in the floor, which i know wasn't his fault, so we ordered another floor. 6 weeks later, again, two hours late, the second floor was installed, which had flaws also, and the provider got very defensive and angry and stormed out slamming the door on his way out when i asked him why he doesn't check it before he comes, saying that he doesn't have time. And this whole time I haven't had a kitchen floor, I've been walking on thinset that they covered my old floor with and I had to cancel my thankgiving celebration, and now it looks like I'll have to cancel christmas.. but I told him that i want this floor put in so i can have my christmas party, which he of course had a problem with but oh well. So, the floor goes in and he did a horrible job, leaving gaps, and also taking chunks out of the fronts of my cabinets with his utility knife, finishing in about twenty min. I paid him $500, and I told him i would pay the remaining 475.00 when its completed, which I wrote in the check and also photocopied it. After about three months of waiting, I finally call wondering whats going on. I leave message after message and no response. After a month of calling every week he finally calls me back very bothered that I've been calling every day saying that he's been busy. I told hiom that i've been waiting since december for a floor and I want it done. So, two days later he brings the floor, his 16 yr old son installs it while he's on the phone the whole time talking to whoever and then when he's done says ok, well i belive you still owe me money so he gets the check for the remaining 475.00, and says wait, you owe 800. I said no i don't i have the photocopied check right here which you agreed that i only owed 475. and also the contract saying i owed that much too. Again he got very defensive and said we'll have to see about that and said he'll be in touch. Its been two weeks, and i still haven't heard anything.
