Jim Covelli was an absolute professional from the very beginning. He listened to our needs and wants, and then scoured the MLS listings each week to suggest places for us to see. He made himself available every day of the week to take us to showings, and also made sure to follow up with us whenever we attended open houses without him. He traveled all over Western NY with us (Amherst, Orchard Park, etc.) but eventually he led us to the perfect home for us in Snyder. Coming from a different state altogether, Jim walked us through the buying process in NY and made sure we understood (and were comfortable) with each step. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying in the Western NY area, and if we ever decide to move, we'll definitely be using him to both sell our house and help us find a new home (both unlikely though since we're so happy with the home he found us).
