Never happened. Absolutely the worst run most unprofessional business I've dealt with in my 61 years. Dealing with them has been beyond infuriating. They deserve to lose their business, and I will be pushing **** ** Home Depot to cease their association. They now have a motivated and formidable foe in what should be just a satisfied customer. Their antics are inexcusable. Twice our carpet installation was scheduled, twice they were no shows. They made promises that they made no attempt to keep. Gave lame excuses the first time, and no excuses the 2nd time....no cancellation or courtesy call at all....just didn't show. Twice we cleared our room of furniture. Twice I made myself available from work. Twice they've stiffed us. I now have an empty room, and two rooms stuffed full of all the other furniture of the empty room. I have no carpet, no recourse, and no idea when this carpet that was paid for in full more than a month ago will be installed.

WE WENT A LITTLE FURTHER OUT OF THE AREA TO MAKE SURE WE FOUND THE BEST CARPET COMPANY IN THE STATE. INTERNATIONAL IS THE BEST. THE CARPET THEY CARRY IS OF THE VERY BEST QUALITY AND HAS THE BEST WARRANTY.

WITH THIS COMPANY I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CARPET THAT I WANTED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE CARPET THE SAME DAY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
