I had gotten multiple estimates and all recommended an expensive entire redo of the shower surround. Don recommended a less expensive alternative of re-grouting and re-glazing the tile. Don and his crew were respectful and hardworking. They always kept things orderly and clean. Don went above and beyond with all the things he had to do. He started and finished in a timely manner. It now looks like I have a whole new modern bathroom. If you are contemplating a new shower surround or bathtub I would recommend contacting IMS for a possible less expensive second opinion.

Fantastic. Before appointment: Donald was kind and courteous over the phone every time we spoke. He was also very professional in educating me about my color choice, he gave me the facts and agreed to comply with any decision I landed on, whereas another company was far less professional during a similar conversation. At appointment: Donald and the other worker were presented with some issues upon arriving at my home which they dealt with very well. I had not prepared my bathroom prior and was not there to assist. They moved my objects neatly into the Hall with no problems. Also my tub was a different material than we had assumed. They needed to change their entire approach and spend an extra few hours on it using the utmost care. They treated us very well through to the end, and my bathtub looks brand new too! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone I was really that impressed.

Don had installed my pre-finished hardwood floor in 3 rooms 11 years ago. Last winter a leaky tarp under my Christmas tree damaged the floor. He was able to help me locate some of the discontinued matching wood, and he replaced the damaged flooring expertly. The repair is a perfect match. I recommend him for installation or repair of flooring.

I originally called about having my kitchen refinished. After speaking
with the owner we determined that the services performed by IMS were
not what I was looking for. BUT... I also inquired about having my tub
and tile refinished. The owner was professional and upfront. I want to
get my kitchen finished first but once that project is complete, I will
be having IMS re-do my tub and tile. FYI- the price quote above is for A
LOT of tile: I'm sure it would be much lower for smaller areas.

We're really please with the work done on our rental unit-good quality and professionally done. It was easy to schedule an appointment for the next week, owner was clear on price and what was being done. Finished in one day, well ventilated and fair price. Would use again for other rental units.

It is a very loud process. The smell is strong. But he is extremely neat and efficient. I cannot believe it is the same tub. It took 4-5 hours.

Called me as he was leaving his shop and arrived promptly at time given.



Work was completed in time frame given which was all in one day which was very important to us. Don does excellent work, is very clean and I had no problems reaching him whenever I called him.

We set a date and time. That morning, he called as he was on his way. When he got here, he explained the process thoroughly and thoroughly repaired the tub. He also repaired some loose tiles. Would definitely use again.

Donald was well known to me, as he totally refinished my living and dining room wooden floors about 7 years ago, and installed new wood floors in my kitchen and breakast room. He did an outstanding job. At the time, he told me he was expanding his services into tub and tile refinishing.
So, when it was time to and quot;refreshand quot; our very small and outdated master bathroom, I gave Don a call. Two contractors had given me estimates of 11,000 to 12,000 dollars to totally gut this 6' x 7' bath, and I wanted another option.
Donald came as scheduled for an estimate and spent plenty of time with me discussing what he could do to give our outdated bath a new look. The price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work to be done! First, he removed the old toilet and sink, and prepped all the tile and grout lines. He also removed the old tile floor and fixed the subfloor in preparation for our floor guy to come and retile the bath. Then, Don resurfaced the entire tile wall white (from yellow), and sprayed the bathtub white from it's original ugly green. He then went back and redid the black tile border on top. Everything looks stunning. Donald spent several days transforming this tiny bath, and the results are outstanding.
Donald is very professional and explains everything. He is extremely attuned to detail and obsessively worked on the color of the tub and tile until he was satisfied. He cleaned up everything and left the room immaculate.
I highly recommend Interior Maintenance Services when looking for a quality update at a very affordable price. I wish I could post pictures!
I will hire him again to resurface an old built in dresser, and to refinish the bedroom hardwood floors.

Donald came out and I realized he did not offer the services I needed, he was very prompt and professional and even pointed me in the direction to get the help I needed, plan to contact him in the future with other work I anticipate doing.

The process is a tedious one, but Don took his time and completed the job as agreed; he also took time to do other odd things on his own, which we appreciated. He did a wonderful job, and I've already hired him for 2 other jobs.

They took these old countertops and made them look brand new! They look like they were made in 2012. It's a very "cricky" process, but they did an excellent job. They did it very reasonably priced, they were there on time, and were very clean.

Because he said he'd be there around 10:30 a.m. and I had to be at work, I wasn't there when he came. Not sure why he doesn't start until then. I left him around 11:00 and he did it all in one day. I couldn't use the tub until the next day.
I was a good job. He had even tried to get the hard water stains off the fixtures.

We met with Donald at the Buffalo Home Show and were intrigued by the counter top product Stone Flecks. We called between the home shows and Donald showed up on time and with samples to share. His expertise was clear. He had an excellent eye for what would look good in our kitchen and even suggested looking at some kitchen stores to get an idea about contemporary looks. Not only did Donald perform the job we agreed to do in the time we agreed to do it in, he offered suggestions to help us update our kitchen on a budget. His expertise, experience, and friendliness made us very happy. Would I recommend Donald and Interior Maintenance again? **YES**
