I initially ordered a chandelier last week that weighed approximately 28lbs. Greg said it would be too heavy for my dining room. I have an older home, he told me the appropriate weight I should try to stay around. I ordered another one, and he installed it today. He did a great job, and I appreciate him making me aware of the right weight standards. I would, and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Greg was fantastic. He was professionally dressed punctual at the first visit (to examine what we needed done) and then the day of the work. He is great at communicating via text and email (which we prefer) so we knew exactly when he'd be arriving. We had been experiencing some mold issues on the ceiling in our bathroom and decided the fan was likely not strong enough. We purchased a new one and Greg came to install it. Upon beginning the work, he determined that the old one had been installed incorrectly and the air was not actually vented properly. We decided to move forward with the bigger fan anyway, and he did an excellent job cutting the bigger hole in the drywall and then installing the fan. Very pleased with the work. In the basement, we had Greg hang a large heavy lamp over our pool table. Not a significantly difficult job but he did a great job making sure it went smoothly and looked neat when it was done.

I have an older house where my electrical panel could no longer handle the demands and had to be upgraded. I researched online local
electricians that could perform the job and called to request the estimates. Greg got back to me right away and came over to quote the project. I received other estimates and Integrity Electric was the clear choice when it came to price, responsiveness and communication. They handled everything when it came to the upgrade including coordination with local inspector and NYSEG. On the day of the job everything was done pretty fast, I was without electricity only for few hours which is impressive considering my electrical panel, meter and service cable had to be completely removed and replaced.

Both NYSEG and local inspector did not find any problems and I was told the job was very well done. I would definitely hire Integrity Electric again as they were very fast and professional. My new panel looks very nice and all the wiring was done very neatly.

Greg was prompt, responsive, professional - we couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I'd recommend Integrity Electric to anyone in the Buffalo NY area.

Greg replied to my online request for a quote within minutes of me sending the quote. He then came to our house that afternoon and gave me a quote immediately to replace the corroded underground service with new overhead service from the pole and a new breaker panel. Everything Greg did was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Integrity.

Greg and his team are excellent at their work.  I appreciate his attention to detail, properly sealing their work, and making it extremely neat and tidy.  Prices were fair for the other estimates and based on Greg's track record, I felt comfortable in my decision to use Integrity Electric.  They do live up to their name.

Greg installed a ceiling mini chandelier in the kitchen. He did an excellent job. I also had him give me estimates on future work that I want done. He was very professional and did a great job.
