Innovative Building & Remodeling

The job they did was horrible and they didn’t do exactly what I wanted them to do.  The job is still, but slightly underway after over a month.  They have a very terrible workmanship.  They messed up my carpet probably beyond repair.

The Company came and quoted me an estimate to renovate the entire front entrance of my house. It was a specialized job that required they coordinate with another contractor. They qouted me $26K, tore everything down, then contacted the other contractor and discovered that they needed additional reinforcement in order to accomodate a special custom made entrance way. I was in a bind and had to renegotiate another 6K in order for them to continue doing the work. They then built a closet too shallow 2 times because their team could not read blue prints. I had to compromise my original design 3 times in order for the job to get done. I have an interior wall that is built beyond a bay of windows resulting in a small cubby space that is completely wasted. Workers were observed conducting drug deals in front of my property in broad daylight by my neighnbors . (I caught them and kicked them off) The project started in May and did not end until December. I ended up refusing to pay for a portion of work where I was able to show the quality and submit a proof of repairs that I had paid to another person to fix. We settled the contract with a significant amount of work not being completed. Everything that was built is faling apart and I have been replacing all the work since then. After we settled my tires were slashed repeatedly for  2 weeks. (6 tires!!)
