i wanted to concentrate on closets, especially on the basement storage and big walkin closets. They scoped out what needed to be done and accomplished it in the time we had decided on with no wasted time!

What prompted use of this service is moving to a one bedroom apartment in a Senior Community from a two bedroom townhouse. I called in the third week of May and had a personal deadline of June 12 to get through the house and only move what I needed. I already knew I had too much stuff since there were boxes in the basement that hadn't been opened in 4 years. The recommendation to use a professional organizer came from a colleague and since I'm an Angie's List member, here I am. As a non-home owner, there aren't a whole lot of services I use, but I needed help and soon...the search for Professional Organizers led me to Jamie's phone number. I was calling for help at their busiest time but she fit me in to their schedule after a 20 minute phone consultation within two weeks; it was an unbelievable experience! They are very punctual and professional in every step of the task at hand. Items to be donated or consigned, and trash were bagged as each item was looked over. Once a bag or box was full it was removed from my sight, which I appreciated. The unbiased feedback, confidentiality, and confirming donating an item that appeared flawless or useful was great. We went at a pace that was comfortable for me, which I told them I was ready to purge, so we went at a quick pace. Having moved quite often over the past 10 years, I really didn't have a ton of garbage. What I had was stuff I held on to for grandchildren, and old storage that wasn't mine. The email containing my paid invoice even left me with useful hints on keeping things organized. I would certainly use the service again, quite possibly on a seasonal basis! The experience left me motivated and energized! It's an investment in yourself as ! Jamie and Amanda are an amazing team providing a priceless service that enhances your quality of life at the end of a two-hour appointment!

, It was great. She arrived on time, finished on time and helped me make good decisions about what should stay or go--no pain and no guilt!! It was great working with her--I can't wait for our next session.

It went as expected. No pressure or judgements by Jamie, the owner. I will be calling her to line up her assistant sometime soon. Assistant is about half the hourly price of the owner, whom I'd hire if money were no problem!

Jamie and Lynn were wonderful. They were friendly, funny, and extremely hard-working and efficient. They took charge of helping us organize the whole house in preparation for moving. They had great ideas about what to do with things we were unsure of. And every time we ran into a seeming problem, they solved it. Without them we could never have gotten everything done in just a few months. Or at all. Their service was worth every dollar we paid for it.

I recommend Home Solutions of WNY to anyone who needs an organizer or help moving. If we had access to their services here in Florida, I'd hire them again to organize our condo.

She knows what papers to keep and what to throw. They are a very, very good company and they are trustworthy. They have a website. They charge $85 per hour. We had to tear all the drawers apart but now they look beautiful. They got them all neatly organized. She also got my desk all organized because I am selling it. She looked all over the place for the keys. I don't think my dresser has ever looked that good. They are very nice, kind and friendly women. I've had a very positive experience with them. In addition to doing an excellent job of organizing they are very good with paperwork and everything. My experiences have always been positive. I wish they were cheaper but you get what you pay for. They are really, really, really good.
