Air Duct Cleaning
There was no clean up by this company, I had to dust and vacuum every room they worked in. I also questioned how many "mains" and "returns" they had charged us for. Placed numerous calls, 4, to company, it took a week and a half for the supervisor to finally get back to me. During this waiting period, I had another company come to my house, re-opened up one "main" only to find much dirt still in the duct. Several of the vents also opened, not cleaned either - this alone would only have required them to shop vac there. Home Air said they are only required by law to offer to come back and redo the work...sorry there is no way I would have this company in my home again now that I have learned how cleanly and professionally this work is done by another company - Indoor Air Professionals.
