They were on asked about the problem and went to work.in an hour they completed the job and billed me and were gone.

I had been cooking early in the afternoon and was using the garbage disposal when it became clogged. Then the sink drains clogged as well. I called at least six plumbers on Angie's List but either I got an answering machine or was told that no one could come out until the next day! Higgins Plumbing was my last call. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Gary Higgins answered the phone. I explained my problem and he said he would be over within the half hour. He was there within that time frame as promised. He had to clear out the garbage disposal and had to use the snake to clear out the drains right down to the cleanout in the basement. As I asked him questions, he was very polite and took the time to answer them. He was very neat and wasted no time getting to the problem. His fee was reasonable for the time spent. and the work that he did. You can be sure that Gary will be the plumber we call if we need work done in the future.

He has come twice in the last year. He was very good. There is nothing negative to say about him. He responded right away. The first time he came out, he came out on Father?s day of the previous year. He did good work and his price was fair. I will use him again in the future.
