I brought in a part for installing a deadbolt for a metal door and metal door frame. They sold me pieces to drill the holes and they were the wrong size. I brought them in the next day and they were rude, and did not give me a full refund. I now need a special tool to enlarge the whole and they said I could rent one and offered no other help.

Hectors Hardware acted in a timely manner as our ice cube tray had sprung a leak on Christmas Eve afternoon. He was a very nice young man. He had what he needed to do the repairs when he came and repaired it in good time.
