Antonio at Ellis Flat Rates was hired to pressure wash my 2 story home and to do some landscaping work. He was very responsive as we had to delay a few days due to rain. On the day that work was performed, he was prompt and well mannered. He did a great job on my backyard which had several weeds. He pulled all the weeds, prepped the soil for the new grass tgat was planted. He was very thorough with the clean up and made sure I was a happy customer before I paid him the remainder of the money (1/2 at start if job, 1/2 at end of job). He also did a good job on pressure washing my house. I would definitely recommend Ellis Flat Rates. The price is reasonable and the owner is a hard worker.
