I have to add this company because I have to let people know about them. They just actually changed names. They used to be called Infirm. They came highly recommend to me by a friend who had used them. They were here for two hours and they were going to do all of these calculations and get back to us. They said that it may take awhile to get back. Well, two weeks later I called and they said they were sorry and they should be getting here right away. Two more weeks went by, I called several times and he was always in a meeting or not there. I even emailed him several times. I got no reply of course. You know, if you do not want to do it, just tell us. It was so strange. If something had happened to the guy don't you think that somebody would have taken a look at his work load and called us? This is a big company and they do lots of work around here. Thank goodness they did not charge me for this. It was just the point of the matter. They really let us down.
