They were reliable, neat, and pleasant. They returned phone calls promptly. There was some confusion about when Grass Masters would stop coming to cut my grass (I believe that they misplaced the contract), but this was resolved quickly and without a problem. Paul, who runs the company, is extremely polite and easy to work with. The price was great.
