There were problems from the beginning. The dumpster that was ordered to remove the tear-off and construction debris was too small. The workers overloaded it, and the owner of the dumpster refused to take it. Jim Peterson was called and he resolved the issue within the week. Two of my window screens were damaged and some roof shingles were broken during the tear-off process. After 2 months, I am still waiting for them to be repaired. The first work crew walked off the job after one week. Another crew of 2 was sent to complete the job. There are problems with the siding not fully covering the house, the window trim was done poorly, the caulking around the windows is not complete and I still haven't heard from J. Peterson about my replacement windows. I spoke to J. Peterson on 11/5/07 to try to resolve the problems. He sent a worker over a couple of times, but most of the problems still exist. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 11/14/07. No response.
