Kelvin and Ryan were nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process. Their communications were always immediate, professional, and accommodating. We always felt like they truly cared about the job, its outcome, and our home?they quickly became trusted. Ryan?s expertise and devotion to the job were impressive. There are a lot of painters out there, but Ryan really went the extra mile at each moment?never rushed, always thoughtful, like he was working on his own house. It rained in the middle of the job which of course changed the schedule, but it was clear that once the weather cleared returning to our home was a priority. Lots of ?Buffalo? in this company, they named it appropriately, ?Gold Neighbors? for sure! We will be calling them for all of our future painting/staining needs.

Karl was exceptional, he does all the work himself so his attention to detail was far beyond what I have experienced. He always was on time. Very courteous, friendly , honest and professional. He answered all my questions. He might be the best contractor I have hired! I will be hiring him to do the inside painting when needed. Last but not least his pricing is excellent.

I had a great experience with Karl, he patched, prepped and painted my apartment to get it ready for rental. It was a difficult job with lots of imperfections, he worked with me on everything, including stripping and painting one of the doors I needed finished. The pricing was fair and I was really happy with the finished product.

When preparing to sell previous home at the last minute our realtor suggested we get the exterior of the property power washed prior to getting pictures for the listing and open house. We were referred to Good neighbors painting and lawncare by a neighbor. They were able to get the job scheduled and completed. on short notice. They did a fantastic job power washing the exterior of the home, detached garage, and shed. The owner of the company was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cant say enough about Karl and his company. We needed a full exterior paint done quickly before getting our house on the market. He fit us in and not only for the job done quickly but it turned out better than we thought it ever could! Trustworthy, reliable, and extremely fairly priced. Would have given an extra 5 stars for letting our son help him put a few brush strokes on the garage, but he was compensated with popsicles instead. Will be the first one we call for any paint job in the future!

Karl is outstanding. He’s extremely thorough in his prep work and gave me a very honest recommendation of what would look best for my space. He helped me make decisions and gave me a very fair price. Not to mention, he was a pleasure to work with. Karl displayed great ethics in his work, and made sure everything was prepped protected and done properly. He moves fast but pays attention to the small details. Highly recommend for work and painting around the house. He also had an impressive network of other professionals he works with and was able to put me in touch with someone for some other work in the house. Extremely satisfied. Don’t waste time with a huge company and pay extra. Karl is the MAN. Certainly a good neighbor. I like to use him for my rental properties also.

Karl did an interior paint job of our bathroom, stairway, and nursery. He made the process extremely seamless. He was great with communication and took the time to understand our vision for the job. He worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail. After the job was completed, we came home to a clean and organized house just as we had left it. He made the home and nursery perfect for bringing home our baby girl! Highly recommend!

I've used good neighbors to paint an entire house I was selling including closets and cabinets, as well as my master bedroom in my house. They do incredible work. Very professional, very timely, very thorough and fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for residential paint projects.
