Auto Glass
Glass America was the contract provider for my auto insurance company.  I was provided their contact information, set up the date and location for the repair easily, and received a confirmation e-mail.  The day of the repair, they showed up at the location I specified and completed the job two hours earlier than originally estimated.  However in removing the windshield the technician damaged the area above the tabs holding the top of the windshield in place.  The resulting rust will eventually destroy the tabs holding, causing my windshield to fall out - the estimate is two and a half years after the initial repair on the outside.
