We waited for at least a month for Gateway to send us our mother board and called them almost daily. The mother board still didn't come and it was then determined that the order had been canceled. We finally got the mother board and the computer broke again almost immediately. They sent a service tech out again and this time he decided it was the monitor. I finally got it fixed. The issue wasn't with the service tech. He was very nice and professional and came right away. I blame Gateway for leaving me without my computer for so long. At least it was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay them.
