+ -1 moreI think I was tricked into buying parts that I didn't need. They were very expensive parts that I didn't need. They also charged me two trip charges when they had never fixed the problem. I couldn't even get the supervisor to talk to me. They are the only provider in town to use.
Description of Work: I had a slip in the belt of my treadmill. They came out and said I needed a walk belt and decking and a $49.00 trip charge plus $350.00 for the belt and decking. The belt kept slipping so I called them back. They came back the next day because it was slipping. They tightened the belt. I t started slipping again so they came back a third time. Then they said I needed a different belt that was only $35.00. I had to pay for another trip charge plus the $350.00 for the initial belt that I didn't need.
