It went well, except I was charged for travel two times at a cost of $98.00 total. Initially call for service on my treadmill was because it was making a weird noise. When I requested service, they did not ask about the amount of miles on my machine. They did know when I purchase it. When the service man arrived he replaced the DRIVE belt and informed me I needed a new RUNNING belt asap, the treadmill was usable when he left. The service manager called and informed me, he has to order the RUNNING belt and when it arrives, I have to pay a SECOND "Travel Charge" of $48.00 for installation of the belt. I thought this was rediculous because he should have known or suspected that I would need a RUNNING belt when I first called for service. Charging for TRAVEL twice, should not have happen.
