It went well for half of the job, and then their work came to a screeching halt. We waited a week, then called, only to have our calls go unanswered and unreturned. We placed several more calls, and no repsonse, yet we're quite sure they are in some sort of buisness still. After writing a certified letter to them, stating that we had paid 2/3 of our contracted price, they have not come back to perform the remaining 50% of the work. I lodged a fromal compalint againt them after 3 months with he Better Business Bureau. The BBB tried to contact Fredom, but no resolution has been made to us. If you are thinking of using Freedom for your home or business, get other quotes and consider other masons first. Their inability to return to the job site is both maddening and unprofessional. Ken, the owner of the company, should be ashamed of himself and taken to court to pay us for the work they never performed. What a poor excuse for a business. They give shame to a very decent profession.
