 + -1 moreWe signed a contract on lawn mowing service only with this company. At the end of the year, they charged us additional $180 dollars for fall leaves cleaning without our consent. His justification was that he could not cut the lawn with leaves on. Everyone would have known that leaves start to fall in late October or November and no one needs the lawn mowing in November. I can not see that some leaves on the lawn would hinder the lawn mowing neither. If you really want to do business with this company, read the contract carefully and put everything on writing, especially those services you do not need.
