Description of Work: I have been using Dualex for my software and hardware needs at several apartment complexes for about 6 years now. They make site visits when necessary and help me keep all of our computers functioning properly.

 + -1 moreMy typewriter stopped printing, so I thought it was the ribbon. I put in a new ribbon and it still did not type. Scott spent some time on the typewriter and determined it was a dry spot on the ribbon. He cleaned and oiled the machine, which was not very dirty since it had been recently repaired at another place. No charge.
