Their employees are very customer centered and friendly. They are available to answer any questions in a thorough, timely manner. It is a small business that offers pricing comparable to the larger chain stores. I have been buying items from them for 15 years.

Dale and Colleen Drew have repaired many windows for us over the past 6 years. This summer I took in both glass & screen windows for repair. They are always fast, friendly and do a great job that is reasonably priced.
