She could come for the firs cleaning only two weeks after the first interview and I accepted to wait that long. Unfortunately, after being half hour late, I called her, and she just said she completely forgot about our appointment. She also said she would call back in no time and try send someone else to fill in for her, but I never heard back from her. That is highly unprofessional, I took the afternoon off to stay at home with her, and I also lost the two weeks instead of looking for someone else in the meantime. I can still not believe there's people out there so unprofessional.
Description of Work: After the first interview which went well, we scheduled a first cleaning, but Michelle never showed up.

They do a wonderful job on keeping my house clean every week. They are bonded and I leave a key for them to get in and out. They even change out my cat's litter box. I'm so glad I found them.
Description of Work: I have my 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home cleaned by this company. They clean everything from dishes left in the sink to windows.
