Went really well. I called on a Thursday, was told it could be installed the folllowing MOnday and they were here at the estimated time. Installed the condensor and turned air on to be sure it worked. Very professional and reliable, friendly.

We moved into a new house in April. It had an older furnace (27 years) and no central air, in addition to the living room, which was an add-on to the original structure, being separately heated with no ductwork run to it.
Domes installed a new furnace, learning thermostat and central air conditioner, ran 3 ducts to the living room, and added a cold air return just outside the living room entrance. While the furnace heated the house adequately, the living room is somewhat large (around 25' x 30' with a cathedral ceiling), with numerous windows and 4 skylights, and absorbs so much heat over the course of a warm summer day that the A/C just couldn't keep up.
They came back and installed a damper system in the existing duct-work, and reworked the ducts into the living room to be more efficient, which improved airflow but still did not adequately cool the room. After contacting Domes again regarding the issues I was having, they came back a third time, and installed a high efficiency, 18000 BTU Fujitsu mini-split air conditioning unit in the living room, at no additional charge. My living room can now serve as a meat locker on demand.
Domes exceeded my expectations in their commitment to standing behind the products and services provided, and I would recommend them without hesitation.
