replacement windows
+ -1 moreMr. Juda performed estimate after being referred by the company I purchased windows from, Classic Window and Door of West Seneca. Told me he was busy, but would be able to provide estimate in a week or so. He eventually made it over to our house, albeit a day later than promised. Gave estimate that was a little high, but was thinking about going ahead anyway. I insisted that we be given a written estimate and a firm day and date of installation. Again, assured us that it would be forthcoming and haven't heard from him for two weeks now. Don't plan to chase after him and as far as it's concerned, he's lost this job. Total lost time and aggravation: one month.
Description of Work: Performed estimate for installing Bow Window and double-hung.
